Chapter 52
The Beginning of All Cycles

Just as Mo Yi was about to tear off the flour sack, an accident happened.

“Bang!!” A huge impact echoed, the whole boat swayed violently, Mo Yi lost his balance and fell to the ground for a moment.

He quickly got up and looked towards the blue sea from the viewing platform in front of the helm. A huge shadow was knocked flying in the originally empty sea. Mo Yi's pupils shrank. This shadow... was that monster fish!

“What happened? Why did this monster fish come back?” Mo Yi stared at the monster fish that had been knocked away and then sunk into the deep sea, his heart filled with immense doubt.

Mo Yi's face suddenly changed, he abruptly turned his head towards the man in the corner and charged toward the man in one stride. With slightly trembling hands, Mo Yi uncovered the flour sack that was stained with blood on the man's head.

“So… it was like this.”

Mo Yi’s small boat was instantly overturned. After swallowing a few mouthfuls of salty seawater, Mo Yi quickly surfaced. He raised his head to focus his vision and was dumbfounded.

It was a “Caravel” with a skeletal structure and a triangular sail using the central rudder method at the stern. The bow was a ram head, shaped very cutely. The whole ship was incredibly large, a whole circle bigger than the monster fish in front! No wonder it could knock the monster fish away.

What shocked Mo Yi the most was not the appearance of the ship or the monster fish, but...

“Holy crap, the Going Merry?!?!?!” Mo Yi looked at the straw hat skull pirate flag hanging on the top of the mast of the big ship, utterly bewildered. “This is really going to make me the Pirate King?!”

Mo Yi floated on the sea, his eyes wide as he stared at the ram head on the bow of the gigantic ship nearby… What was going on?

After a long silence, Mo Yi made up his mind and prepared to investigate. He took a deep dive and swam straight towards the huge ship. Since the other party had helped him knock away that damn monster fish, it proved that at least they had no malice. Even if they did, Mo Yi had no way to avoid it.

Just as Mo Yi swam to the edge of the huge ship, a ladder was lowered from the deck. He hesitated for a moment, then grabbed the ladder and climbed straight up.

With great effort, Mo Yi climbed onto the deck using his hands and feet. He looked around the deck, then became suspicious, “Why is there no one here…”

Suddenly, Mo Yi sniffed. His eyes gleamed, “Food! I smell food!”

Mo Yi looked around and finally saw a huge red round wooden table in the distance. He laughed and ran towards it!

Mo Yi rushed straight to the round table. He looked at the neatly arranged matcha cakes on the table and his mouth watered. His eyes emitted an unnatural glow.

“They’re all mine! They're all mine!” Mo Yi drooled and grabbed cakes, stuffing them into his mouth. He charged forward like a tiger descending a mountain, as if he were a hungry ghost in this world.

Silently, a figure stood behind Mo Yi.

Mo Yi was oblivious. He kept eating and eating, as if there was nothing in the world that could attract him besides food. He would die for the matcha cake in front of him. He was simply born to eat.

“...” The figure reached out and placed his hand on Mo Yi's shoulder. Mo Yi shuddered and turned his head sharply. His pupils instantly shrunk to the size of pinpoints. He opened his mouth in terror, the matcha cake in his mouth rolling onto the deck.

A flour sack stained with blood appeared before Mo Yi's face. The flour sack itself was not scary, but the person carrying it was! In his hand, he held a bloody axe!

“Don’t! Don’t! Let me finish! Let me…” Mo Yi, terrified, continued to swallow the cake in his mouth.

“Bang!” Mo Yi’s head went numb and he lost consciousness.

“The second one.” Standing in front of the unconscious Mo Yi, the figure said softly. He tore off the flour sack on his head and looked calmly at the man at his feet, whose appearance was exactly the same as his own.

Mo Yi’s small boat was instantly overturned. After swallowing a few mouthfuls of salty seawater, Mo Yi quickly surfaced. He raised his head to focus his vision and was dumbfounded…

Mo Yi worked hard to climb onto the deck. Upon seeing the extravagance and magnificence of this ship, his eyes shot out a gleam, “My god! This deck, this mast, this lawn! I’ve struck it rich! I’ve struck it rich!”

While Mo Yi was going crazy for the luxury of this giant ship, a figure with an axe silently crept up behind him.

Just as the figure raised his axe to strike, Mo Yi suddenly turned his head. A green light flashed in his eyes, and he roared, “No one is going to steal my treasure from me! You scoundrel!”

Mo Yi dodged the axe attack with a side step, then jumped high and kicked toward the figure’s head. Greed glinted in his eyes, “Die! This ship is mine!”

The figure lowered his head at the moment he was about to be kicked! In the blink of an eye, he drew a cutlass from his waist and chopped off Mo Yi’s foot!

“Aaaa!” Mo Yi screamed and fell to the deck. Blood gushed out from the wound of his severed foot as if it were free. The figure looked down at him from above, finally picked up his axe and brought it down heavily without any mercy.

“The third one.” He said.

Mo Yi climbed onto the deck. He looked at the luxurious things on the deck and his eyes turned red. “Why! Why is my boat small, and everyone else has a big ship! No! I hate it! Why! Why should these people own all this wealth, why not me?! Why?!”

While Mo Yi was roaring with red eyes, a figure emerged from the corner like a ghost.

Without any hesitation, Mo Yi roared and charged at the figure. A battle ensued, Mo Yi nearly crushed the figure’s eye sockets, but in the end, he could only pass out after having his arm chopped off.

“The fourth one.” The figure whispered as he dragged Mo Yi by his feet towards the captain’s cabin.

Mo Yi’s small boat was overturned. He didn’t make any attempt to escape, but instead lay lazily on the ocean surface watching the sun in the sky. “Ah… Die, just die. It’s so troublesome…”

Immersed in seawater, Mo Yi’s eyes closed slightly, and his body slowly sank to the bottom of the sea.

Suddenly, Mo Yi felt something in front of him. He opened his eyes and gasped in fear, unconsciously gulping down a mouthful of seawater.

The man with the bloodstained flour sack appeared before him. The man raised his hand and grabbed Mo Yi’s neck. Under the water, Mo Yi quickly passed out from suffocation.

The man with the flour sack surfaced with Mo Yi. He dragged the corpse-like Mo Yi towards the big ship, muttering to himself as he swam, “The fifth one…”

Mo Yi’s small boat was instantly overturned. After swallowing a few mouthfuls of salty seawater, Mo Yi quickly surfaced. He raised his head to focus his vision and was suddenly excited.

“What a big ship! Are there any beauties on board? Hahaha! There must be a virgin waiting for me!” Mo Yi’s eyes gleamed with green light, and he used his hands and feet as if he wanted to fly onto the ship immediately.

At the ship’s railing, a figure stood where Mo Yi could not see, observing him. The axe in his hand was raised. The figure skillfully threw the ladder down into the sea, waiting for Mo Yi’s arrival.

“The sixth one.” The figure whispered.
