Chapter 48
Lightning Tower, Training the Three-Headed Dragon Again

Chapter 48: Lightning Tower, Training Three More Dragons

(This chapter is an extra chapter added for flower rewards!)

Over the next four days, Su Ye and the others spent their time exploring.

After two days of exploration, they had thoroughly scouted a radius of twenty kilometers around their territory.

The area wasn't that large, but the rewards were substantial.

First, there were the realms. Aside from the white realm discovered by Eve and the others on the first day, Su Ye also found a green realm and a purple realm.

That's right, a purple realm! A genuine purple realm! The troops stationed there were high-level, seventh and eighth-tier units, and there were countless numbers of them.

With his current strength, Su Ye wouldn't dare provoke them.

However, with his current rate of development, conquering that purple realm was simply a matter of time, and that time wouldn't be too long.

Besides the realms, Su Ye's team also discovered several treasure chests.

Five white chests, two green chests, two blue chests, and one purple chest.

The gains were quite fruitful.

After opening all of them, they obtained five D-grade resource packs, two C-grade resource packs, two B-grade resource packs, and one A-grade resource pack.

Of course, in addition to the resource packs obtained from the chests, they also received a lot of other items.

For example, currency, a total of fifty thousand.

And a fourth-tier troop template, the [Big Yeti].

This was the reward from the purple chest.

The rest were just some equipment, special building blueprints, and the like.

The equipment was too low-level to be of any use to Su Ye and the others.

As for the special building blueprints, these were rare rewards.

After a lord builds a territory, they can obtain the construction permission for some basic buildings as their territory levels up.

To build structures beyond the territory's basic permissions, you need things like construction blueprints.

For example, the Angel Statue that Su Ye had obtained earlier was also a type of construction blueprint.

With a construction blueprint or a special building's prerequisites, you can build other structures besides the basic territory structures.

During their explorations these past few days, Su Ye had obtained a blueprint called [Lightning Tower].

Its function was similar to a Ballista. It was installed on the city walls and could deal lightning damage to enemies within a fixed range.

Its attack range was shorter than a Ballista, only fifty meters, but it could inflict area damage, summoning lightning strikes within a specified radius of two meters.

It would deal lightning damage to enemies in that range and also have a paralyzing effect.

Although not extremely powerful, it was better than nothing.

Aside from resource packs, equipment, building blueprints, and various other items, Su Ye and the others had also made significant progress in their levels.

Su Ye had reached level 10, as had Eve. Su Si Er was slightly weaker at level 8, and Lin Yan Xi was at level 7.

Their attributes had all significantly improved. Su Ye's attributes were as follows:

Name: Su Ye

Profession: Warrior

Tier: SSS

Level: 10

Command: 190

Health: 42,000

Attack: 1,200

Defense: 470

Speed: 165

Equipment: Heavenly Scale Armor, Refined Iron Longsword

Skills: Heavy Strike: Charge for one second and unleash a powerful attack on the target, dealing 4.25 times damage and having a 95% chance of causing a stun effect. (This effect is ineffective against targets higher in level than yourself.)

Whirlwind Slash: Spin at incredible speed, unleashing a torrent of sword energy to deal repeated damage to targets within range.

Fearless Domain: Create a domain with a radius of 140 meters centered on yourself. Troops within this domain have their base attributes increased by 75% and are immune to the intimidation of high-level troops.

Their attributes had increased significantly, and so had their skill effects.

After opening all the resource packs, Su Ye obtained 6.75 million units of wood, stone, iron, and gold.

Now, the resources in Su Ye's territory were as follows:

[Lord Hall]

Lord: Su Ye

Level: 3

Alliance: None

Subordinate Territories: War Hammer Tribe

Buildings: 32/50

Troops: Dragon [Tenth Tier], Centaur [Fourth Tier], Blade Spider [Fourth Tier], Goblin [First Tier], Beastman Brute [Fifth Tier], Big Yeti [Fourth Tier], Red-Armored Fire Ant [Fourth Tier]

Population: 103/500

Wood: 26.11 million

Stone: 25.36 million

Iron: 25.92 million

Gold: 6.55 million

Food: 76,661

Currency: 77,000

Upgrade Requirements: 1 million each of wood, stone, iron, and gold

Wood, stone, and iron had officially surpassed twenty-five million, but gold was only a pitiful six million.

There was no way around it. In the early stages of the Lord Era, especially for lords like Su Ye who started with high-level troops, gold was always in short supply.

Six million gold wasn't much, but it wasn't nothing either.

Star Territory had the Angel Statue and Lightning Tower queued for construction, both defensive buildings, and Su Ye wasn't planning on building them for now.

So, he decided to use those six million gold to train three more dragons.

Tenth-tier troops were tenth-tier troops. Even if they couldn't take on a hundred enemies, at least one could take on ten.

What Su Ye was most interested in was the dragons' levels.

Train them early and level them up early, wouldn't that be great?

You see, a level one troop in the Lord Era and a maxed-out troop were two completely different concepts.

With hope in his heart, Su Ye walked to the Dragon Nest and began training dragons.

"Costing 6 million gold to train three dragons. Estimated time: 45 minutes."

After the training was done, Su Ye's gold reserves were once again empty.

He sighed helplessly and left the Dragon Nest.

He then went to the back of his territory, where he had planted the Spirit Fruits.

It had been five days since he planted them. The seeds, originally the size of peanuts, had now become saplings that were half a person tall.

They were verdant, with lush branches and leaves.

After watering the saplings, Su Ye called out to Chi Lie and headed towards the Orc Realm.

Speaking of which, he hadn't been to check on the Red-Armored Fire Ant nest since building it four days ago. He had some time now, so he might as well go take a look.
