Chapter 13: Level Up, Strength Surges
Su Ye stopped, turning to look at Eve: "What? Are you worried about me?"
Eve snorted coldly: "Who cares about you? I just don't want to see you die miserably."
Su Ye shrugged: "Don't worry, I won't die. Not only won't I die, I'll become even stronger!"
With that, Su Ye charged out of the city gate.
To be safe, Su Ye didn't close the gate completely, leaving a passageway for the centaurs and himself.
Behind the passage stood a dozen goblins wielding spiked maces.
Any monster daring to cross this passage would be met with the goblins’ unmerciful maces smashing against their skulls.
The battle continued.
The ten centaurs formed a charging formation, incredibly powerful.
They were like a sharp blade, piercing deep into the monster ranks.
Under the charge skill, many monsters were stunned, their bodies stiffening in place before being pierced by the centaurs.
Su Ye, of course, wasn't idle either.
He activated the "Fearless Domain" and charged forward.
The centaurs within the range gained a 30% attribute boost, becoming even more powerful.
They continued their formations, charging forward, crushing monster after monster under their iron hooves.
Taking this opportunity, Su Ye gripped his long sword and charged at a few relatively easy-to-deal-with goblins.
Goblins were Tier 1 units, looking similar to goblins, but with larger, fatter bodies, like green, oversized meat balls.
With the invaluable battle experience from his previous life, Su Ye's fighting power was still not weak.
Approaching the goblins, he unleashed a charged heavy strike, pushing them back. Then, he launched a "Whirlwind Slash."
His body spun rapidly, releasing waves of sword energy outward. Several goblins approaching him were instantly struck.
After a few attacks, the goblins died, their corpses releasing tiny blue specks of light that flowed into Su Ye's body.
This was experience points, and once enough was acquired, he could level up.
The first batch of goblins died, and Su Ye, finding his rhythm, began to confront the stronger Tier 2 monsters.
His current attributes were even stronger than some Tier 2 monsters. As long as he was careful, he shouldn't encounter any danger.
On the city wall behind, Eve watched Su Ye darting through the monster hordes, feeling a little nervous.
Holding her longbow, she occasionally fired, eliminating some troublesome opponents for Su Ye.
Time passed minute by minute. After twenty minutes, over half of the monster army had been killed.
Most of them had been eliminated by Chimera.
This guy's fighting strength was no joke.
After killing so many monsters, Chimera's experience bar was finally filled. A flash of light enveloped him, and his level rose to level 2.

Dragon God's Intimidation: As a majestic Dragon God, it instills fear in troops of lower ranks, reducing their attributes by 35%.
After reaching level 2, Chimera's four main stats had nearly doubled.
His body had also become larger, now over twelve meters long. His wings, when spread, spanned seven or eight meters.
The level increase filled Chimera with strength, making him incredibly excited.
With a barrage of attacks, he turned more monsters into charcoal.
Another twenty minutes passed, and the battle neared its end.
Su Ye, with his "Fearless Domain" active, teamed up with Chimera to kill the last venomous spider.
The open ground before the territory was now littered with various resources.
Su Ye gave an order, allowing the goblins within the city to come out and clean up the battlefield.
At the same time, he opened his attribute panel to check his stats.
The battle had successfully raised his level to 3. His attributes were as follows:
Name: Su Ye

Fearless Domain: Creates a 70-meter radius domain centered on the user. Troops within this domain gain a 40% boost in base attributes and are immune to the intimidation of high-rank units.
His attributes had improved significantly from before.
Sheathing his sword, Su Ye patted Chimera's head and led the centaur squad back to the city.
As he entered the city gate, Su Ye met Eve, who was coming down from the city wall.
Before she could speak, Su Ye said, "That battle was good."
Facing Su Ye's praise, Eve pursed her lips. She was more interested in Su Ye's strength.
After that great battle, his strength had nearly doubled.
Such terrifying growth potential, truly worthy of an SSS-Class Hero Template.
The battlefield was quickly cleared.
Su Ye took stock of the resources, gathering around 400,000 in total, a considerable haul.
Back in the territory, Su Ye started planning his next construction project.
He had about 1,500,000 gold coins left. Summoning a dragon still required a bit more, so Su Ye turned his attention to centaurs.
The battle just now had proven that this Tier 4 unit could completely crush lower-level units.
Fast, powerful, and especially when there were more of them, they formed a charging line, capable of crushing lower-tier units in an instant.
There were two ways to train more centaurs.
The first was to upgrade the existing Centaur Camp, which would cost millions of resources.
The second was to build a new Centaur Camp, which only cost 500,000 resources.
Without hesitation, Su Ye chose the second option.
A flash of light descended, and another Centaur Camp appeared within the territory.
Immediately, Su Ye trained ten centaurs, combining them with the previous ten.
