Chapter 11
Synthesized Yako, Shizuka Kikugawa

Lu Wen put away his bamboo sword and said, “Yazi, you come and attack me.”

Although he didn’t understand Japanese Kendo, he had numerous abilities, and his neural reaction speed surpassed that of normal people. In his eyes, Shizuka Yozakura’s speed was slow motion.

The two fought to their heart’s content in the Kendo club.

Yozakura met Lu Wen, who was the same age as her and even stronger.

He had also managed to untie the knot in her heart.

This allowed Yozakura to display herself freely in front of Lu Wen.

She could fight Lu Wen with all her strength, without having to hold back.

Lu Wen also gained the combat experience he lacked through this. Japanese swordsmanship is unconventional, but it also has its merits.

After ten minutes, Yozakura, exhausted, stopped to catch her breath.

Lu Wen, however, was not even out of breath, not a hint of fatigue on his face.

“Lu Wen-jun’s strength is truly powerful, is this Shenzhou’s martial arts?” Yozakura sighed.

She felt the gap in their strength was too great.

“Do you want to learn? But I can’t teach you for free,” Lu Wen said.

Although Yozakura had untied the knot in her heart, her bloodthirsty and violent personality still remained, making her a very suitable warrior.

“Then Lu Wen-jun, what do I need to pay to be eligible to learn?” Yozakura sat up straight, her figure still very impressive under her school uniform.

Lu Wen walked up and almost touched Yozakura, teasingly saying, “If you want to learn, first sleep with your teacher. Only by becoming mine can you learn this skill.”

Yozakura said unfazed, “That’s easy. Just wait until my father, who’s abroad, returns. Then Lu Wen-jun can defeat him and propose to make me your woman.”

Lu Wen had untied her knot, and with his powerful strength, Yozakura had already fallen for Lu Wen.

Lu Wen, however, suddenly said seriously, “That would have been fine before, but in a few hours, a zombie apocalypse will hit, and most of the world’s population will become zombies with only the desire to eat.”

Yozakura wanted to ask Lu Wen if he was joking, but looking at his serious expression, she didn’t ask the question.

Although Yozakura usually acted mature and composed, she was still an eighteen-year-old girl. Now that she had learned about the coming apocalypse, she couldn’t help but feel panicked.

“What should we do to survive the apocalypse?” Yozakura asked, slightly panicked.

Lu Wen took a step closer, putting his arm around Yozakura, saying, “As long as you have powerful strength, you can live safely in any environment.”

Yozakura didn’t reject Lu Wen’s embrace. Instead, she felt a sense of peace and buried her head in Lu Wen’s chest.

The topic of the zombie apocalypse was too heavy. Yozakura, still an eighteen-year-old girl, couldn’t bear it.

In the original plot, the zombie crisis came suddenly, and the situation was already happening. Even if it was difficult to accept, they had to force themselves to act for survival.

But now they knew about the apocalypse in advance, and the feeling of despair was overwhelming, completely different.

After comforting Yozakura in his arms for a few minutes, until her emotions calmed down somewhat, Lu Wen said directly, “Don’t have any thoughts of resistance.”

Yozakura nodded blankly, not understanding what Lu Wen meant.

Lu Wen directly fused the Yozakura in front of him with the Emperor’s Banner, taking control of her true spirit core.

This not only allowed him to subtly change Yozakura’s thoughts but also gave Yozakura a resurrection point.

Even if she died in the future, Lu Wen would have a way to resurrect her.

Yozakura didn’t feel any change. She only felt that Lu Wen had become even more intimate.

“Let’s go, let’s go make some preparations for the apocalypse.” Lu Wen led Yozakura out of the Kendo club.

He didn’t have the idea of leaving the school to find a secluded place to hide.

When the zombie crisis broke out, for Lu Wen, only densely populated areas would allow him to collect materials more efficiently.

“Where are we going?” Yozakura asked.

“We’re going to find a doctor, and by the way, we’ll strengthen your weapons,” Lu Wen said.

He had consumed a lot of energy fusing with Yozakura, and his energy bar was almost empty. He was now going to find a place to absorb electricity while basking in the sun to recharge.

The two walked through the school. It was already class time, and they didn’t run into anyone along the way.

They arrived at the infirmary. Shizuka Marikawa was already at work, but she was dozing off at her desk.

Hearing the sound of the door opening, Marikawa woke up. She rubbed her eyes and mumbled, “Why is someone coming to the infirmary so early today?”

Although she was complaining, she still rubbed her eyes, perked up, and prepared to see what was wrong with the visitors.

Marikawa asked in surprise, “It’s Yozakura-san, are you here at the infirmary today because this male student is injured?”

She also secretly guessed in her heart, Yozakura had always been cold to men before, how could she be so intimate with a boy today?

What was their relationship before? This made Marikawa very curious.

Lu Wen looked at the sunlight streaming through the window of the infirmary and saw a power outlet right below the windowsill.

It was literally his Feng Shui treasure spot.

He sat down first to bask in the sun, and at the same time, he pressed his hand on the socket and started to recharge.

Lu Wen dared not draw too much from this civilian power line, otherwise, it would easily burn out the power line.

Lu Wen thought to himself, “I can try to synthesize a generator, so that I can store gasoline and fuel to speed up charging at any time.”

He had had this idea in the main world before, but he hadn’t implemented it in the main world.

The main world was a permanent world, and if he caused trouble, he would have to bear the consequences. It wasn’t like the mission world, where he could just flip the table and run away leisurely.

So Lu Wen had decided long ago that he wouldn’t reveal too much information in the main world until he had enough self-preservation strength.

These thoughts were only fleeting. Lu Wen looked at Marikawa, a doctor with a magnificent chest.

In this world, Lu Wen was only interested in Yozakura and Marikawa. He didn’t like the other female characters in the protagonist group very much.

Yozakura, needless to say, is a cold, mature girl, excellent in battle and in the kitchen.

Marikawa is a doctor, with a good grasp of professional knowledge.

Even if the profession of doctor isn’t anything special, she’s still a beautiful vase.

And Marikawa can also unlock another female warrior, Rei Miyamoto.

Of course, Lu Wen was mainly looking at these female characters, who were very beautiful, because he wanted to have them by his side.

Could he really have them as warriors? What was the point of making the Emperor’s Banner so hard and carefully?

“Dr. Marikawa, have you heard of a new type of infectious disease in the medical circle recently?” Lu Wen asked casually.
