The Dursleys’ eyes all turned to Harry Potter, who stared back at them warily.
“Harry, we’ve raised you, we deserve a little something in return, don’t we?” Uncle Vernon’s eyes were sharp.
Harry thought to himself, “Return for what?” “Uncle, didn’t you say raising me cost you a fortune?”
Aunt Petunia tugged on Vernon’s sleeve. Vernon’s eyes twinkled. “Oh, Harry, oh, look at you, why, you’re so… why, I was a bad uncle…”
And so, the Dursleys began showering Harry with honeyed words, something he had never imagined in his life.
Harry was at a loss for words for a moment, but he knew this family was only interested in his wealth.
This “kindness” was all a sham to get their hands on his money.
Just like how Chu Wenwen’s uncle and aunt squandered Chu Wenwen’s allowance, turning all his parents’ inheritance into British pounds.
This was his parents’ legacy, and Harry would not let that happen.

【Wizard】George: “@Arthur Weasley, Dad!! I’ve never seen this much gold in my life!”
【Wizard】Ron: “I can’t believe Harry is actually rich!”
【Wizard】Fred: “Good heavens, I can’t even imagine how happy I’d be if I had that much money!!”
【Wizard】Hermione: “So… so… much money…”
【Wizard】Luna: “Jealous. He’s got so much wealth at such a young age.”
【Dragon】Chu Wenwen: “Wow! The Dursleys would be so regretful if they saw this! They wouldn’t be so mean to Harry!”
【Dragon】Ronald Tang: “So awesome! I can’t wait to see their faces. I feel like I could just smack them.”
【Dragon】Chen Wenwen: “I hope they won’t try to force Harry to give them control of his money?”
【Dragon】Masao Ma: “If they do, they’d be too shameless!”
【Dragon】Lu Mingze: “Well, I don’t think he’ll give it up. At least from these videos, Harry Potter doesn’t seem like a pushover.”
【Wizard】Hagrid: “If they dare do that, I’ll make sure to teach them a lesson!”
【Wizard】Fudge: “I’m watching you, Hagrid, you have a history of doing stuff like that.”

While buying uniforms, Harry Potter ran into a boy trying on clothes.
The boy saw that he was also buying Hogwarts clothes, and immediately started talking to him.
“Are you going to Hogwarts too?” the boy asked.
“Yeah,” Harry nodded.
“My dad went next door to buy books for me, and my mom is getting me a wand. I don’t understand why first years can’t have their own broomsticks.”
The boy spoke in a slow, drawn-out way that was really annoying.
As the conversation continued, Harry felt like he was being tortured. This guy kept asking random questions.
He asked if Harry had a broom, if he’d ever played Quidditch, but Harry had no idea what those things were.
“Look, that’s him.”
Harry looked outside, and there was Hagrid, smiling at him.
“That’s Hagrid, he works at Hogwarts,” Harry said, happy because he finally had something the boy didn’t know.
“I’ve heard of him. He’s the servant, isn’t he?”
“He’s the Keeper of Keys and Grounds,” Harry’s face turned cold.
“Oh, right, he’s always getting drunk and using magic, and he set his own bed on fire. What a dunce.”
“I think he’s very smart,” Harry said coldly.
“Really? Huh, why did he bring you here? Where are your parents?”
“They died.”
“Oh, I’m sorry.” He said “sorry,” but there was no remorse in his voice.
“Alright, dear, are you done?” Madame Malkin.
“Ok, see you at Hogwarts then.” The boy turned and left, drawing out the “then.”
After they left, Harry’s face wasn’t looking good. Hagrid knew what had happened and said indignantly, “That guy said Muggle-borns aren’t allowed to go to school? Harry, you weren’t born a Muggle! Your parents were excellent wizards!”

Draco Malfoy was stunned. He didn’t expect to run into the infamous Harry Potter in the clothing store, and then strike up a conversation with him.
Seeing Harry Potter so vulnerable and his confidence shattered, Draco frowned.
By the end, he knew that Harry Potter had basically lost his good feelings for him.
He couldn’t help it. He had witnessed Harry Potter’s growth, and when he proudly bragged about all sorts of things and then ended up putting down the big, clumsy guy as a servant...
He knew his future might not be as friends with Harry Potter.
Because even he knew that Hagrid had helped Harry Potter escape from that foolish Muggle household, and Hagrid was a kind of savior for Harry Potter.
And he had inadvertently belittled Muggle-born wizards, which in turn belittled Harry Potter.
“Harry Potter… I wonder what kind of relationship we will have in the future,” Draco stroked his chin slightly.

Draco Malfoy’s face was terribly ugly as he saw all the criticisms on the screen.
“Damn it, wasn’t I telling the truth?” Draco said angrily, but being criticized by so many people…
After all, he was just a kid, and he was a little scared.

After comforting Harry, they went to Ollivanders, the wand shop.
Ollivander was surprised to see him. “Harry Potter, oh, it’s a pleasure to meet you, Harry.”
He touched the lightning-shaped scar on Harry’s forehead. “I’m sorry, Harry, this was my first wand. It was very powerful, but it ended up in the wrong hands.”
Next, Harry tried almost every wand in the shop.
But Ollivander still wasn’t satisfied.
“Dragon heartstring and vein, unicorn hair, phoenix feather…”
In the end, Ollivander was still dissatisfied. “I don’t think any of them are right for you. Yes, why don’t you try that one? Elder wood with phoenix feather… the feather is from the same phoenix as my first wand, a sister wand. Try this one.”
However, when Harry waved this wand, it flashed.
Harry Potter was amazed.

“It chose me?” Harry Potter was surprised.
“Yes, take good care of this wand. Don’t ever damage it.” Ollivander said.
“I will, sir,” Harry nodded seriously.
After leaving the wand shop, Harry Potter bought a snowy owl.
“Harry, here’s your train ticket to King’s Cross Station, Platform 9 3/4. Now, I’ll take you back to the Dursleys. If they ever try to hit you again, I’ll give them a lesson!” Hagrid told Harry.
Harry nodded. In front of Hagrid, he felt a sense of security, and he really wasn’t afraid of the Dursleys anymore.
