Tōsen Kaname unleashed his Zanpakutō's Bankai, and the black spatial region instantly disappeared.
“Aizen-sama, the experiment has begun!”
Aizen Sōsuke, who had appeared beside Tōsen Kaname at some point, pushed up his glasses and said, “Ah... I wonder what it will ultimately become? But they're arriving rather quickly! Urahara Kisuke! It seems you’ve already figured it out! So, what will you do about these former colleagues? I'm quite curious…”

Though Hirako Shinji and the others were desperately resisting, the strange substance was spreading too quickly.
Aikawa Roumu's hand pressed directly on the mask covering his face, then used all his strength to tear it off! But the pain intensified, and the white substance covered his face again.

For a moment, it seemed like Hirako Shinji and the others had no way to deal with the chaotic consciousness of the Hollows or the white substance that enveloped their bodies!

After Ōmaeda Mitsuza reinforced his powerful Bakudō three times, Hirako Shinji and the others were completely immobilized!
“Captain Urahara… the strongest Bakudō can only be used here! If we continue, they might be crushed!”
Hearing Ōmaeda Mitsuza’s words, Urahara Kisuke immediately said to Yoruichi Shihōin, “Miss Yoruichi, please inject all the medicine I gave you into their bodies!”

The speed was so fast it was impossible to see clearly; each time Yoruichi Shihōin appeared, it meant Urahara Kisuke’s medicine was injected into someone's body!
“Aizen-sama! Should we stop them?” Tōsen Kaname asked.
“No!” Aizen Sōsuke stopped Tōsen Kaname's actions and said, “Let’s observe a little longer! I’m very interested in what Urahara Kisuke injected into their bodies! I want to see what happens after they receive this medicine.”
Under Aizen Sōsuke's gaze, the white substance on Hirako Shinji and the others no longer spread, but instead began to slowly contract!
“How is that possible?! Is it disappearing?!” Tōsen Kaname was astonished!
Aizen Sōsuke was calm, “No! It’s not disappearing! It’s contracting! Although the substance containing Hollow matter had retreated into the depths of their souls, Hirako Shinji and the others had all lost consciousness and fell to the ground!
Then, Ōmaeda Mitsuza released the Bakudō, while Yoruichi Shihōin and Urahara Kisuke gathered the few of them together.

“Then… should we take them back to Seireitei for treatment?” Ōmaeda Mitsuza asked.
Yoruichi Shihōin immediately denied it, “If those old geezers of the Central 46 find out, there’ll be a huge problem!”
Although Yoruichi Shihōin didn’t say it explicitly, Urahara Kisuke and Ōmaeda Mitsuza understood what she meant; once those Central 46 found out that their souls contained Hollow souls, they would certainly be executed!
Urahara Kisuke said, “Yes… it seems we have no choice!”
As soon as he finished speaking, Yoruichi Shihōin and Ōmaeda Mitsuza were surprised to see Urahara Kisuke pull out a spherical crystal from his pocket!
“Kisuke… are you going to use that?”
“Yes!… Only the Hōgyoku can save them!”
“The Hōgyoku?!”
Aizen Sōsuke’s heart skipped a beat; he sensed that the thing Urahara Kisuke mentioned was both dangerous and crucial!
When Aizen Sōsuke saw his experimental subjects emit the same fluorescence as the Hōgyoku, he immediately said to Tōsen Kaname, “Tōsen! It’s our turn to make our move! We must obtain that thing in Urahara Kisuke's hands!”
“Understood! Aizen-sama!”
Just as Urahara Kisuke was about to put away the Hōgyoku, Aizen Sōsuke had already arrived before them with Tōsen Kaname.
“Could you let me admire your masterpiece, Urahara-kun?”
“You are…!”
In an instant, Yoruichi Shihōin and Ōmaeda Mitsuza became cautious.
And Yoruichi Shihōin recalled what Urahara Kisuke had said, “The person behind all this is definitely observing everything nearby”!
“Fifth Division Vice-Captain… Aizen Sōsuke?! Are you the one behind all of this?!”
Looking at Aizen Sōsuke’s expression of amusement, Yoruichi Shihōin looked extremely serious!
“No objections… then surrender!”
“Swish!”
The next second, Yoruichi Shihōin appeared in front of Aizen Sōsuke, her right leg raised high, a leg-blade attack was about to land on Aizen Sōsuke’s body!
“Clang!”
Suddenly, a Zanpakutō blocked the attack in front of Aizen Sōsuke!
“If you want to fight Aizen-sama, you must first get past me!” Tōsen Kaname said solemnly.
Yoruichi Shihōin narrowed her eyes and said, “I remember you are… the one from the Ninth Division…”
