Chapter 4
Monkey D. Dragon's Talent

Roger: Really? That young man actually knocked out Garp?

Whitebeard: He couldn't bring himself to strike because he was his son? I can understand that.

Shiki: What a weak fist, Garp.

Rocks: Is this the so-called revolutionary leader? To possess such power at this age, it's unbelievable.

Everyone was shocked as they watched the scene on the giant screen.

As the top tier powerhouses of the sea, they had all fought against Garp numerous times.

They knew Garp's strength well. Those iron fists were not something anyone wanted to face.

Yet, this young man, was able to go toe-to-toe with Garp, even sending him flying.

Katakuri: He's already mastered Haki at the age of twenty? No wonder he's the revolutionary leader, he's truly terrifying.

For Yonko level powerhouses, Haki is just a stepping stone, a threshold.

But for those below Yonko level, it's a dream.

Katakuri believed that his own conditions were already quite good, and he even surpassed some Yonko in terms of Observation Haki.

However, it was his lack of Haki that made his destructive power far inferior to that of Yonko level.

So when he saw Monkey D. Dragon mastering Haki at the age of twenty, Katakuri couldn't help but feel a deep envy.

Tsuru: What a terrifying young man. He claims not to like fighting, yet he has this level of combat talent and strength.

Zephyr: Garp, your entire family's talent is truly frightening.

Sengoku: Thirty years ago, Dragon had already mastered Haki at the age of twenty-five. This is some excellent information.

Sengoku was very pleased with this viewing.

The Revolutionary Army is the greatest enemy of the World Government, even greater than the threat of the Yonko. They are truly a force capable of overturning the world.

In contrast, information about the Revolutionary Army was very scarce.

They currently had almost all their intelligence on Dragon from bits and pieces gathered from Garp.

However, Garp's focus in his younger years was on capturing Roger, so he didn't know much about his son, Dragon.

Furthermore, Dragon's true transformation into the Revolutionary Army's leader happened after he set sail.

This man was very low-key after setting sail, and he didn't become an infamous pirate.

Because he didn't make a big name for himself, even when the king of the Lussia Kingdom pointed out the danger Dragon posed at the World Conference eight years ago, few people paid any attention.

And so, his words became prophetic.

In those eight years, the Revolutionary Army's strength has rapidly expanded.

Their influence extends across the four seas, including the Grand Line. Not only that, but they've overthrown more than a dozen World Government affiliated countries.

It's truly terrifying.

If they could learn more about Monkey D. Dragon through this viewing, even gaining further insight into the other forces of the Revolutionary Army, their base locations, that would be even better.

Honestly, even as Sengoku was watching, he couldn't help but be amazed by Dragon's incredible talent.

Haki at the age of twenty? Even in the era of legendary pirates and legendary Marines, it was something rarely seen.

Only someone with such talent could have created a revolutionary army capable of shaking the World Government in such a short time.

Rocks: So, is anyone going to tell me what this so-called Revolutionary Army is?

Rocks was annoyed. He had once carved out a legendary name for himself, making the world tremble.

Now, decades later, it seemed like many people didn't take him seriously anymore. The question he'd asked early on still hadn't been answered.

"Just wait, once I'm resurrected, I'll make this world see my terror again."

Rocks thought to himself. This mysterious chatroom had given him a chance to return to the sea.

If he could truly be resurrected, he would be much more cautious this time. He wouldn't make the same mistake as last time and recruit a bunch of betrayers into his crew.

BIGMOM: Mama Mama, the Revolutionary Army is a secret force that aims to overthrow the World Government. They're said to have already overthrown several World Government affiliated countries across the four seas.

Kaido: I haven't had the pleasure of dealing with them, but they definitely appeal to me. Drawing the World Government's high-and-mighty Celestial Dragons into war, that's true equality.

Rocks: I see, so the Revolutionary Army is a force that aims to overthrow the World Government. That makes them even more interesting to me.

Roger: What a bunch of destructive maniacs.

Sengoku: You, who single-handedly sparked the Great Pirate Era, have no right to criticize them. In terms of disrupting the world's peace, they combined are not as bad as you alone, Roger.

Roger: Thanks for the compliment, Sengoku.

Sengoku: I wasn't complimenting you, you jerk.

As the chatter in the chatroom continued, the giant screen's image was nearing its end.

【Garp's vacation was unexpectedly long. Dragon was subjected to Garp's "loving" fists almost every day.】

【Although Dragon had surprised Garp with his Haki in their last fight, he was no match for Garp at full strength.】

【Facing a daily dose of bruises and black eyes, Garp, in his own twisted way, called it loving education. He promised to stop hitting him once Dragon gave up on being a pirate and joined the Marines.】

【But Dragon, who used to be more obedient, remained stubborn. Even though he was beaten black and blue every day, he never surrendered.】

【During this constant beating, his talent shone brightly. His martial arts, Haki, and combat experience were all rapidly improving.】

【The terrifying power of his talent had brought him a complete transformation.】

【Even Garp had to admit that his son was incredibly talented. This kind of person seems born to stand at the peak of the world.】

【Two weeks later, Garp's vacation came to an end due to the friction between Roger's Pirate Crew and Shiki's Pirate Crew, and he returned to Marine Headquarters.】

【Seizing this opportunity, Dragon found a beat-up little boat and set sail.】

As Dragon set sail, the black giant screen began to fade to darkness.

The white giant screen beside it, however, gradually began to brighten, signaling the start of the next video, just like the black screen did before.
